A Day in the Life
As a Material Supply Planner at our Funza plant, you will be the key point person for ensuring the continuity of our production. Your main mission will be to guarantee that our materials are available at the right time and place, optimizing resources and collaborating closely with suppliers and internal teams.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring material availability by anticipating and mitigating potential supply risks for production.
- Managing inventory levels in line with established coverage policies, optimizing working capital.
- Leading the relationship with suppliers to guarantee availability, improve response times, and ensure their reactivity to any issues.
- Managing and optimizing logistic parameters in SAP to ensure the system's correct functionality.
- Proposing and implementing improvements in supply chain processes to increase efficiency and agility.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively will be crucial for success in a dynamic environment. You are the ideal fit for this role if you:
- Are a results-oriented person with strong organizational skills.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize processes.
- Have proven experience in material planning, preferably with SAP.
- Have an intermediate or higher level of English.
- Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
