A Day in the Life

As a Performance and Excellence Specialist, you will be a key driver of change within our distribution center in Jažlovice. Reporting to Transformation and Performance Manager, you will focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our distribution processes through analysis, optimization, and innovation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Process Optimization & Innovation: Leading logistics projects to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, mapping current processes (As-Is), and designing future optimized workflows (To-Be). You will actively seek opportunities for automation and digitalization.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing regular reports, and presenting your findings and recommendations to management to support strategic and investment decisions.
• Project & Change Management: Managing the implementation of new technologies and systems in collaboration with the IT department, and training employees on new processes and best practices.
• Collaboration & Support: Working closely with all departments within our Fulfillment Center (Flow, Dispatch, Supply Chain, Customer Care) and external partners to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking an analytical and proactive individual with a strong background in logistics or supply chain, who is ready to make a significant impact. You are a great fit if you have:

• Project Management: Proven ability to lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives and deadlines.
• Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvement strategies.
• Process Improvement: A keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and a drive to design and implement more effective and streamlined processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, management, and external partners.
• Change Management: Experience in guiding teams through process and system changes, including providing training and support.
• Advanced knowledge of English and fluent Czech or Slovak.
