Job Description：
1、Lead daily operations and team management for B2B order fulfillment in an automated warehouse, ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production systems. 

2、Standardize production workflows, implement efficiency improvements to boost capacity, reduce costs, and enhance workforce productivity.

3、Optimize automated equipment processes and integrated systems (e.g..WMS/WES) to maximize throughput and reliability.

4、Monitor KPIs, rapidly troubleshoot anomalies, and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.

5、Train and mentor staff to elevate accuracy, quality, and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference for Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. 
2. Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations management, strong preference for Hands-on expertise in automation design, system logic, and operational execution.
3. Proven ability to inspire teams, drive performance, and maintain seamless production workflows. 
4. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to lead projects, ensure business continuity, and resolve interdepartmental challenges.
