Your Mission
As the Nordic Media Lead for the Professional Products Division, your mission is to build, implement, and activate the media strategy for the division, working closely with brands, regional HQ, and multi-divisional teams. You will drive a full-funnel consumer journey, leveraging L’Oréal’s Beauty Engagement Touchpoints (BETs), and ensure strategic alignment with the Nordic CDMO and brand teams.
Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer of the Professional Products Division, you’ll lead a talented, driven team of 1 expert and collaborate transversally with brand teams and the central Nordic media team (CDMO). Your key responsibilities will include:
- Media Strategy & Planning: Design and implement 360-degree media strategies, driving channel planning in collaboration with brand teams and CDMO.
- Media Intelligence & Innovation: Stay ahead of trends, explore emerging media channels, and enhance campaign effectiveness through innovation.
- Campaign Execution & Performance: Oversee media campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment, budget efficiency, and adherence to ROI & Golden Rules. Set and monitor digital performance KPIs, fostering continuous improvement with the right tools and methodologies.
- 1P/2P Media & Retail Media: Define and govern divisional 1P/2P media strategies. Lead and support Retail Media activations, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Stakeholder & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams, external media partners, and agencies to ensure strategic alignment and excellence in execution.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a talented media team, driving their development and expertise.
We Are Looking For
- A media expert with minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably within FMCG or beauty; media agency background is highly relevant.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, media planning, and emerging platforms, with a strong understanding of Retail Media and both online and offline retail dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to navigate digital tools and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in managing and developing teams and collaborating across brands, divisions, and agencies.
- An entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with the creativity to propose and implement innovative media solutions in a fast-paced environment.
