Your mission 

As the Nordic Advocacy & Influence (A&I) Lead for the Consumer Products Division, your mission is to build and implement the social and consumer advocacy strategy for the division. You will drive advocacy acceleration - ensuring we are moving at the speed of culture, optimizing strategies in always-on, and driving initiatives to win in engagement with a data-first mindset. You will lead and inspire a team of Brand Advocacy & Influence Managers (matrix reporting) organized per brand, empowering a collaborative environment to drive excellence, creativity, and innovation. You will play a crucial role in achieving our Advocacy & Influence ambition to be market leaders in Share of Influence.


Your responsibilities will include

Advocacy & Influence Strategy: Designing and implementing advocacy strategies to amplify brand presence. Adapting global divisional strategies locally and championing Creator Loyalty programs to strengthen influencer relationships.

Social Media & Content Leadership: Leading owned social strategy design and activating the latest social media trends. Crafting compelling storytelling content and ensuring A&I acceleration with cultural and local relevance.

Performance Optimization & Insights: Analyzing digital KPIs, streamlining reporting, and sharing best practices. Building a learning loop based on data and performance insights to refine strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Growth: Partnering with internal teams and external influencers to deliver impactful campaigns. Expanding A&I into new segments, such as men and gaming, and optimizing retailer-driven influencer activations.

Team Leadership & Development: Inspiring and guiding a talented team while fostering collaboration and innovation. Upskilling Brand A&I Managers and business partners to enhance A&I capabilities.


The role reports to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of the Consumer Products Division and leads a driven and talented team of 2 direct reports and 9 dotted-line reports.


We Are Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have +5 years of experience in advocacy & influence positions and a proven track record in digital media, influencer strategy, PR, and social media platforms.
  • Are experienced in leading a team and driving projects from start to finish with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Are an expert in performance analysis, digital KPIs, and developing insights to optimize strategies.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Are fluent in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages.
