As our National Skincare Expert, you will be the leading authority on skincare nationwide. You will inspire teams, engage consumers, elevate service excellence, and bring advanced skincare knowledge to life across all touchpoints.

 

A Day in the Life

In this role, you will serve as the highest-level skincare expert in the organization. Your day may include delivering advanced training sessions, executing hands-on demonstrations, coaching Beauty Advisors in-store, or representing the brand at VIP events and media engagements.

You will champion skincare expertise, ensure outstanding customer experience in the field, and drive new beauty‑tech tools that enhance skin diagnosis and product recommendations.

Whether on stage, in workshops, or inside stores, you will bring science, education, and passion together to elevate skincare standards nationwide.

 

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

Expert Training & Education

  • Deliver nationwide skincare training and workshops for Beauty Advisors, consultants, and VIP clients.
  • Lead advanced demonstrations and ensure perfect execution of skincare protocols, both in-store and in treatment spaces.
  • Contribute to educational content and learning tools for skincare development.

Field Coaching & Customer Experience

  • Conduct on-counter coaching to strengthen consultation skills and service excellence.
  • Observe and guide teams to ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement.
  • Support the implementation of enhanced skincare rituals and services.

Beauty‑Tech Leadership

  • Lead the execution and training of diagnostic and analysis tools (e.g., skin scanners, digital analyzers, or skin-tech devices).
  • Ensure high adoption and correct usage across all field teams.

Brand Representation

  • Act as spokesperson at events, workshops, press interactions, and influencer activities.
  • Conduct personalized consultations and expert sessions for high‑value clients and media.

To Be Successful, You Should Have

  • Strong expertise in skincare, skin physiology, or beauty education.
  • Experience in coaching, training, or presenting in beauty, spa, or luxury retail environments.
  • Clear communication and storytelling skills to simplify scientific concepts.
  • Strong stage presence and confidence in leading workshops or events.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire and influence others.
