Job Mission

As the NEO Entity Business Process Expert (BPE) for Product Master Data (MD), you will be a key driver in the digital transformation of our entity. Your mission is to execute and deliver deployment activities in alignment with the NEO Global methodology. Working closely with the NEO Region and Entity teams, you will ensure the delivery of a harmonized Product Master Data model and the implementation of robust creation and maintenance processes. Your goal is to balance local business needs with strict compliance to global NEO standards.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the Product Master Data scope through multiple deployment phases, with a focus on delivering at least two NEO SAPMENA deployments. Your main tasks include:

• Deployment Execution: Lead and deliver all phases of NEO local deployments for the Product MD scope, specifically focusing on data cleaning, scoping, value mapping, and complex data migration activities.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the central point of contact to ensure seamless alignment between the NEO Region team, NEO Entity teams, and key local stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Arbitration & Change Management: Prepare and manage the NEO arbitration process for Deviation Requests. You will actively contribute to change management actions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Application Support: Provide expert support for the remediation of all applications within your scope to ensure system integration and data integrity.
• Process Standardization: Implement and maintain harmonized Product MD models and processes that meet local requirements while adhering to global standards.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly seasoned Master Data expert with a strong operational background and extensive experience in large-scale digital transformations.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar project settings, specifically in large-scale ERP deployments or master data transformation projects.
• Proven expertise in Product Master Data (MD) management at a senior level.
• SAP experience is a strong added advantage, particularly with S/4HANA or legacy SAP environments during complex data migrations.
• Previous experience in roles such as Entity Product MD Manager or BPE F2S/O2C Product MD within an entity that has already deployed NEO is highly preferred.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Outstanding Operational Knowledge: Deep understanding of master data lifecycles, data migration strategy, and data quality governance.
• Arbitration & Prioritization Skills: Strong ability to make critical decisions, manage conflicting priorities, and handle complex deviation requests effectively.
• Project Management Excellence: Capability to work within a 3-year project timeline and meet deployment objectives across the SAPMENA region.
