This position for Medical Visitor (& Education) responsible relies into the brand SkinCeuticals. SkinCeuticals is a truly unique brand in the L’Oréal dermalogical beauty division portfolio that is the #1 medical aesthetics skincare brand worldwide. As Medical Visitor you will be part of the SkinCeuticals team, introducing, advising, and expanding our brand within the medical landscape. 

Who am I?
 As Medical Visitor you will be part of one of the medical team at SkinCeuticals. You will help build the medical strategy and growth of the brand. You know your clients and doctors, you are responsible for medical visits, deploying and growing Integrated skincare, prospecting clinics. In addition, you can provide educational support by developing the necessary trainings and supervising clinics. You are the ideal partner to the physicians for their growth and developments in prescriptions and ISC.
 

My responsibilities:
 The Medical Visitor has a very diverse set of tasks. You are responsible for:

• the medical visit of the brand: 
  1. Towards a diverse Heath Care Professionals population: Doctors, Dermatologists, Plastic surgeons for ISC, Medical Visit for AGP & Clinics.
  2. Prospecting Clinics & new upcoming AGP’s
  3. Ensuring growth & developing by our doctors
  4. Support and training with our professional accounts (isc & Professional treatments /chemicals peels)
  5. Creating relations & BA during local & International congresses
  6. Demonstration of professional treatments during prospection or Professional trainings

Your profile

You are passionate about the medical field and have a previous experience in that domain. As a person you are determined to make a great impact by taking initiatives, work as an entrepreneur and share your ideas. It is also important to feel comfortable to collaborate with different stakeholders: both internal: medical team, training team, marketing team, commercial team…, manage a team of medical visitors and trainer and external: doctors, KOLs with whom you will be ask to set preferred & qualitative relationship. Furthermore, you are open minded and supportive towards new initiatives.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Obtained a master’s degree, preferably in a relevant field. 
• At least 5/10 years’ experience in a medical or a trainer position
• A broad understanding of medical business /pharmacy/doctor landscape
• Perfectly fluent in French, English and Dutch required on top (absolute must-have)
• Mobile for covering half of Belgium and Luxembourg
