About the role 

At L’Oréal Luxe, media is a key business growth driver. 

As a Media Manager, you will own the media strategy and investment for a portfolio of iconic luxury brands. Working closely with Brand Managers, Consumer Engagement teams and media agency, you will translate business ambitions into integrated media strategies that build brands and drive profitable growth. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Business Partner for Your Brands 

  • Own the end-to-end media agenda for a portfolio of luxury brands. 
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into integrated media strategies. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Brand Managers on media investment decisions. 
  • Recommend investment priorities based on business opportunities, consumer insights and performance data. 

Media Strategy & Investment 

  • Develop and implement data-driven media strategy aligned with business goals and brand priorities, in collaboration with brand teams and the CDMO. 
  • Lead media planning in collaboration with agency partners. 
  • Manage media budgets, forecasts and investment allocation. 
  • Ensure media plans are optimized to maximize business impact and ROI. 

Campaign Excellence 

  • Oversee campaign execution across all media channels. 
  • Drive continuous optimization based on campaign performance. 
  • Analyze results and transform insights into actionable recommendations. 
  • Ensure best-in-class campaign governance and reporting. 

Cross-functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Brand,  CRM, Advocacy & Influence and Commercial teams to create connected consumer journeys. 
  • Build strong collaboration with media agencies and strategic partners. 
  • Support integrated planning across paid, owned and earned touchpoints. 

Capability Leadership 

Each Media Manager also owns one cross-divisional media capability, such as: 

  • Search & AI Search 
  • Retail Media 
  • Media Effectiveness & Measurement 

You will drive best practices, capability building and knowledge sharing across the Luxe division. 

 

Who You Are 

  • 5+ years of experience in media, digital marketing or integrated communications. 
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel media strategy. 
  • Experience managing media agencies and media investments. 
  • Comfortable working with campaign performance, consumer insights and business KPIs. 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. 
  • Curious about AI, emerging technologies and the evolving media landscape. 
  • Fluent in English and Polish

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the participation in recruitment process. Failure to provision of personal data will result in the inability to participate in the recruitment process.
