Before starting … How do our recruitment process look like?

A Day In The Life:

As a Media Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of driving media innovation and excellence across L'Oréal LATAM. Reporting to the regional media team, you’ll collaborate with divisions, brands, and countries to build and activate full-funnel media strategies that enhance consumer engagement and business performance.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Media Strategy & Platforms:
    • Drive strategic deployment of media investments across the full funnel.
    • Define and own the platforms and ad-tech roadmap, ensuring alignment with global best practices and division goals.
    • Collaborate with media agencies to develop impactful media plans.
    • Act as the Privacy Champion, ensuring GDPR compliance across ad-tech initiatives.
  • Innovation & Execution:
    • Lead programmatic and social media execution, ensuring high-quality campaigns that meet global standards.
    • Explore emerging media channels and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Data & Insights:
    • Activate data-driven strategies, leveraging IP/data usage and test roadmaps.
    • Share global and local best practices, driving innovation and sustainability.
  • Collaboration & Market Insights:
    • Build strong relationships with Zone and Global media teams to align on market trends and strategies.
    • Provide localized market intelligence to influence global and divisional strategies.



We Are Looking For

  • Media Expertise: 3+ years of experience in media strategy, programmatic, and trading.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making and data analysis capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Innovation Mindset: A passion for exploring new media channels and technologies.
  • Languages: Advanced English proficiency.
