A Day in the Life
As the Marketing & Digital Controlling Manager, you will report to the Finance Director for the Consumer Products Division. You will be a key financial business partner, steering the marketing and digital investments for our iconic brands like L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline and 3CE across Malaysia and Singapore.
- Strategic Financial Piloting: You will partner with brand teams to build and challenge marketing budgets (A&P), ensuring optimal resource allocation and investment efficiency.
- Performance Analysis: You'll lead the analysis of campaign profitability, Return on Investment (ROI), and digital media performance, providing actionable insights to drive growth.
- Business Partnership: You will collaborate closely with Marketing, E-commerce, and Sales teams, translating financial data into strategic recommendations to support brand ambitions.
- Forecasting & Reporting: You'll manage financial forecasting, closing processes, CAPEX Management and reporting for all marketing and digital-related activities, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and analytical finance professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment. You are a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between finance and marketing, turning complex data into clear business stories.
Your Profile:
- You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have proven experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or business finance, ideally within a fast-paced environment like FMCG.
- You are proficient with financial systems like SAP, and have advanced skills in Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
