A Day in the Life Reporting to the Marketing Director in Montreal, you will drive Aesop's growth, brand integration, and consumer engagement across North America.

• 360° Activation: Design and execute PR, influencer, and retail events.
• Collaboration: Partner with global teams, sales, and external agencies.
• Performance: Track KPIs and optimize campaign ROI.
