Job Summary:

The Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the attraction and recruitment of top experienced talent across the Finance, Accounting and IT functions.   This role requires superior organizational skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates as well as L’Oreal business partners. 

 What You Will Do:

  • Support recruitment across all Finance, Accounting and Corp IT across the United States
  • Talent Sourcing and Pipeline will be a key focus from finding aspiration talents in the market, able to identify, engage and attract them to L’Oreal.  Conducting the complete recruitment process from phone screening through to getting candidates over the finish line with hiring managers 
  • At any time, you could have 15-20 roles across different levels and missions, you will work with HRBP’s to strategically resource plan and assign roles and missions across the team to effectively meet the news of the business 
  • Utilize systems and maintain high quality candidate feedback in L’Oreal ATS and recruitment portal
  • Validate reporting in ATS for team and support ad hoc requests – utilizing data to share the complete picture to business leaders, HR and within Talent.  The ability to leverage data and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and drive continuous improvement is key
  • Develop candidate pipelines through internal pipelines and external digital (LinkedIn, Indeed etc.) tools, partnership, events
  • Work in partnership with our Talent Services teams to coordinate interviews, panels and the offer process
  • Ensure that all candidates interviewing with L’Oréal have completed all necessary administrative steps including application, reimbursement requests, WOTC form etc
  • Ensure candidate receives all offer and employment related information and completes requirements for eligibility to hire
  • Maintain applicant flows though Avature ATS

Maintain business partner relationships with key HR stakeholders and business leaders in each function

  • Implement new ideas to attract talent to the corporate functions, working with the Global Functional teams to consult on employer branding
  • Manage projects and stakeholders, delivering results in a dynamic environment which could include transformations or improvement projects across TA.

 

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5-7 years recruiting or HR Generalist paired with recruiting experience
  • Ability to spot talent
  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (with ability to learn internal systems) 
  • Creative profile, comfortable with copywriting and creative asset creation 
  • Demonstrates strong process capability, detail-orientated analytical skills  
  • Ability to communicate, activate, and drive strategy while maintaining execution control
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders at ease and use to communicating new ideas or messages to large audiences 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite experience including presentation building skills
  • Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive date and information on a regular basis

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $98,400 - $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
