Job Title: Manager, Marketing, NYX US

Reports To: AVP, Marketing
Summary:
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies for NYX Professional Makeup in the US market. This role requires a highly motivated and creative individual with a strong understanding of the cosmetics industry, digital marketing trends, and the NYX Professional Makeup brand identity. This individual will collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and achieve marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans aligned with overall brand strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to generate engaging content.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
- Support the development of creative assets, including product copy, social media content, and marketing materials.
- Manage the marketing budget and track expenses.
- Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Background in digital, content, platform
- Proven command of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Previous work experience and involvement with calendar management, organization, activity planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
REQUIREMENTS:
- College Degree
- 3+ years of relevant ecommerce, digital, creative and asset management experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
