A Day in the Life
As the Manager of Communications & Advocacy for Kiehl’s DMI, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the brand’s global communications strategy. Reporting to the Director of Global Communications & Advocacy, you’ll collaborate with a diverse and international team to amplify Kiehl’s voice across global markets.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Global Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the annual global communications strategy, creating assets for product launches, brand moments, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Advocacy & Talent Management: Manage brand ambassadors, influencers, and global advocacy activations to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute global brand experiences, from concept to on-site presence, ensuring alignment with Kiehl’s DNA.
  • Market Support: Partner with local communications teams to ensure strategies and activations are aligned globally and deliver best-in-class results.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Define KPIs, manage brand metric platforms, and create recaps to measure success and inform future strategies.


We Are Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have expertise in Brand, Social Media, Advocacy & Influence and Campaign & Content Management.
  • Are skilled in Communications & Engagement, with a knack for compelling storytelling.
  • Bring strong Project Management and Data Analytics capabilities to the table.
  • Are familiar with social tools, including influencer platforms and social listening tools.
  • Excel at fostering collaborative relationships across diverse teams.

Salary Range:$98,200-$137,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
