A Day in the Life as Senior Product Manager you will report to the Marketing Director and work with local, regional and cross‑functional team to drive skincare product strategy and execution for the Consumer Products Division in Petaling Jaya. You will own the product roadmap and lead integrated launches that grow market share and brand desirability.
Key responsibilities
- Strategy & Portfolio: Define and steer category and product strategy aligned with international positioning; protect and grow brand patrimony and long‑term portfolio value.
- Go‑to Market & Activation: Lead 360° launch and renovation plans (Digital, activation & ecommerce‑) to deliver engaging consumer experiences and measurable ROI.
- Insights & Performance: Translate consumer and market insights into strategic recommendations; set KPIs, monitor A&P ROI, and refine activation based on performance data.
- Cross functional‑ Leadership: Mobilise commercial, Demand & Supply Planning, Digital, Agencies and Zone stakeholders to secure alignment and flawless execution.
- Brand Stewardship & Communication: Gatekeep on-brand‑ creative, POS and digital assets; prepare clear, persuasive proposals for senior management.
