A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our production equipment. You will be the cornerstone of continuous improvement within the technical department, turning maintenance strategies into concrete and efficient actions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Planning: Implement and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance plans to maximize equipment efficiency and availability.
- Operational Management: Manage the scheduling of work orders using our integrated management software and standardize production shutdown planning.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze equipment performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Leadership and Innovation: Act as a true business partner to various departments, championing innovative ideas and proactively implementing them to optimize processes.
