Job Title: (Jr.) B2B e-Store Specialist - L'Oréal Professionnel Paris, Professional Products Division


A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Responsible for the PPD Global B2B Ecom platform – LPS(Loreal Partner Shop) website UX, contents and commercial offer to drive sales and ensuring the smooth day-to-day performance of the platform, including the integration of global and local features.


1. Monitor and enhance LPS sales activity 

  • Ensure User Experience of the website, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaign

 

2. Achieve excellence through optimization and innovation 

  • Create and maintain an online business plan: e-promotional calendar, product catalogue, cross selling mechanisms, data ownership within LPS 
  • Create synergies between inside and outside partners in marketing or digital activities

 

3. Manage and plan the need for content 

  • Manage a promotional and editorial calendar and adopt a test and learn approach to homepage updates. Ensure measurement with identified KPIs 
  • Use website data and business priorities to formulate a content plan, in partnership with commercial and marketing teams 
  • Upload and edit all web content as and when needed

 

4. Ongoing tool management 

  • Contributes to the evolution of the platform (from needs to adoption) aligned with the roadmap 
  • Implement new local and global features
  • Manage technical incidents

  • Brand Teams, Commercial Teams, Supply Chain, IT, CRM Manager

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree
  • Year of Experience : 3 years 
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English.
  • Skills:
    • Digital savvy, analytical and strong problem-solving skills and develop proactively effective solution

    • Ability to communicate effectively among a diverse related function and teams

    • Work with a spirit of enthusiasm, teamwork, and cooperation
