Job Title: Communication Specialist – Kiehl's - Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
The Kiehl’s Communications Specialist will play a vital role in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and support the overall business objectives of the brand. We are looking for people who have a high understanding of the beauty market, excellent communication skills, agile in responding to rapid market changes and passionate.
- Owned social management : Plan & manage @kiehlskorea IG account in conjunction with brand marketing calendar and social trend
- Contents Creation : Proven ability to develop and produce engaging, idea-driven local content
- Influencer Activations: Build 360 advocacy campaign to drive key A&I KPI
- PR Event Support: Explore new event opportunity to reach new younger consumers / Support PR event
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- Creative Mindset: Idea-driven thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Trend Savvy: Keen ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable PR action
- Strategic Communications: Develop and implement integrated communication plans across PR, social media, influencer marketing, events, and digital platforms. Data-driven goal setting and ability to analyze results
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance through Loreal’s tools.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, e-com and sales
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : Bachelor’s degree
- Year of Experience : 3+ years (+2 years in PR Communication)
- Experience:
- Experience and strong understanding in beauty brands
- Owned social management / contents production ability
- Creative mindset & social contents savvy
- Language: Proficient in English
- Other Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
