JOB Title: (Sr.) Global Campaign & Content Specialist – Dr.G DMI
WHO WE ARE:
Dr.G’s Global C&C Team leads end-to-end brand campaigns and content across global markets—from planning and production to distribution—ensuring brand consistency worldwide. Through key initiatives such as new launches, renewals, and brand-building projects, the team drives Dr.G’s growth.
The Global Campaign & Content Specialist translates brand strategy into actionable plans, leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and content. This role manages the full campaign lifecycle, ensuring strong alignment with market insights, target audiences, and Dr.G’s brand vision and business goals, while maximizing campaign impact through strategic planning and content orchestration.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Integrated Campaign Planning & Execution
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and content for product campaigns.
• Manage the Global Activation Calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of campaign plans and cross-functional communication at the operational level.
• Support the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance brand image and reputation.
Brand Content & Messaging Implementation
• Articulate and implement Dr.G’s brand vision and strategy across all marketing content, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency, tone, and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Establish overarching content assets and develop creative content concepts for new products and marketing repush campaigns.
Content Production & Distribution
• Supervise content production with design and creative teams, ensuring high-quality output and timely distribution.
• Identify and implement effective distribution strategies to maximize content reach and impact.
Market Guidance & Support
• Provide leadership and operational guidance to global and regional markets for campaign execution, ensuring consistent implementation of integrated marketing plans.
• Identify and implement effective distribution strategies to maximize content reach, engagement, and impact across regions.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign planning and content strategy, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
- Deep understanding of brand positioning and content development.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience in Western or SAPMENA markets is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Creative, innovative, and results-driven mindset.
