Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Brand & Product Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive short- and long-term marketing strategies and annual brand plans for assigned La Roche-Posay product franchises.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from strategic forecasting and pricing to inventory management and post-launch evaluation.
  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize ROI on all campaign expenditures to ensure the franchise meets its growth and profitability (P&L) targets.

2. Campaign Execution & 360° Omnichannel Marketing

  • Design and execute high-impact, 360-degree marketing campaigns integrating trade marketing, digital activation, e-commerce, PR, and medical detailing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital and E-commerce teams to drive strong online presence, search optimization, and social commerce conversions.
  • Work in synergy with the offline channels and Medical Relations team to build trust and advocacy among dermatologists, pediatricians, and pharmacists, ensuring scientific credibility remains at the core of all activations.

3. Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior using internal data, syndicated research (e.g., Nielsen, IQVIA), and digital analytics.
  • Translate data-driven insights into actionable business opportunities to capture market share and identify untapped consumer segments.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Management

  • Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and corporate teams to ensure flawless operational execution.
  • Maintain regular and clear communication with regional and global teams to adapt global product assets and strategic guidelines to the local market context.


Candidate Requirements

Experience & Proven Track Record

  • 5+ years of solid experience in product marketing or brand management, specifically within the FMCG or Beauty/Cosmetics industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing major product launches, driving significant market share growth, and delivering measurable business results.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing product P&L, budget allocation, and forecasting.
  • Fluent in both English and the local language. You also hold a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
