Kiehl’s Retail & Activation Ambassador 

London Based, Field Based, 37.5 hrs 

 

 

 

You are innately passionate about the Kiehls brandits commitment to delivering exemplary customer serviceproviding skin and skincare expertise and you are a true retailer at heart – dedicated to customer service and delivering business results!  

 

You thrive in complexity, the dynamic and fast paced environment of the retail world and have a flair for influencing and bringing people along in this journey with you.   You are committed to leading by example and being the best Ambassador, you can be. 

 

You have a passion for engaging people - your colleagues, the customers that you are committed to serving each day and retailers.   You ensure that you create impact in all that you do one – to one or engaging and teaching in a group.   Through this passion you have an entrepreneurial approach by planning and executing events to share your expertise, drive customer experience and build long term relationships with your customers. 

 

You keep up to date with skincare trends to educate and inspire your colleagues to provide the best skin and skincare expertise.   

 

You will possess the ability to work with Kiehl’s Diagnostics Tools and be comfortable to deliver on face services.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

Eventing 

You will have the ability to engage colleagues, retail partners & your customers to be able to plan and execute in store and external events.  Focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience, building brand awareness and delivering results. 

 

In an ever-changing retail environment, you will be able to be versatile so as to be able to plan and execute events pro-actively and reactively.  

 

You will be a genuine Brand Ambassador, confidently leading on eventing and coaching for retailer engagement whilst bringing the Kiehl’s brand to life You will have s shared responsibility for growing our retail business through achieving business metrics in: 

 

  • Building brand awareness through eventing by inviting customers to in store events, such as the Kiehl’s Masterclass and other strategic Kiehl’s events. 

  • Building relationships with Kiehl’s customers to encourage return business.  

  • In store coaching to build confidence in planning and executing events. 

  • Utilising Kiehl’s Diagnostic Devices & Experiential Tools to heighten our service approach and build brand expertise. 

  • In store coaching to build confidence of utilising Kiehl’s Diagnostic Devices & Experiential Tools to enhance the Kiehl’s service approach. 

  • Supporting the Kiehl’s Brand Engagement team on national events. 

 

 

 Advocacy 

 

You will have a natural interest in social media, understanding the impact this creates on customer engagement and building the Kiehl’s brand awareness. 

 

You will lead by example on BA Advocacy in your role at Kiehl’s. 

Following brand guidelines, you will lead by example, coach and support teams to create content through platforms such as Instagram & Tik Tokanalysing data to upskill and share your social savvy best practices with Kiehl’s Skin Pro’s. 

 

 

 

Coaching 

Through your ability to lead by example, observe and monitor team performance you will be able to support your Area Manager in highlighting coaching needs and further supporting in actioning coaching instore to deliver the Kiehl’s brand eventing strategy.  

 

Through your creative ideas you will help create impact in generating new business, with a focus on icons and new product launches including forward planning to anniversarise previous years results. 

 

As Kiehl’s expands into new retailers and locations you will be required to support new openings in other areas as requested by your Area Manager.
