The role
The O+O Key Accounts Sales manager ensures the development, monitoring and management of large hybrid (E-Commerce & Offline) accounts in accordance with the Division's strategy.
• In charge of the vision, strategies & roadmap for the division’s e-commerce growth plan.
• Develops the profitability of his key accounts’ portfolio
• Is responsible for B2B / B2C key account(s) portfolio strategy & business growth
• Manages a group of B2B / B2C KAM. Is responsible for turnover & P&L of his key account portfolio
You will:
• Define a strategy for his/her accounts on the entire Division portfolio and ensure the translation of this strategy into the objectives of his/her team in agreement with the O+O Division Commercial Director
• Coordinate negotiations internally, considering their specificities in close collaboration with the Zone & Commercial Director
• Responsible for the implementation of the Zone commercial policy frame by his team
• Participate in the recruitment process, supervise, animate and train the team (KAM, retail business partners) and maintain the business spirit, the desire to conquer and the collaborative dynamic in the team
• Animate the multifunctional team organized around its client: KAM, B2B/ B2C activation manager, Brands, Finance, Legal, Supply chain etc.
• Ensure for his/her accounts the proper management of the budget (Sales forecast, negotiation budget, promotional budget, Trade marketing budget, Sell out)
• Lead annual negotiations with its KAMs in the interest of all the Division's brands
• Drive specific change projects in different areas such as supply chain, merchandising, data exchange and digital
• Share, exchange and create fluidity of communication on the news of its clients at the internal level
• Ensure the rise in competence of his team
• Ensure the consistency of commercial actions and multi-channel decisions
You have…
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in E-commerce and Offline account management
• Proven experience in E-Commerce and omnichannel strategy development
• Deep understanding of E-commerce and Digital Marketing
• Retail Sales acumen
• Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication, influence and Interpersonal Skills
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required. An MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification would be a plus
• Experience with Specific Sales tools, e-commerce platforms, data analytics software and other relevant sales tools is highly advantageous
