We have a suitable opportunity in the Professional Products Division for the position of Key Account Manager based in Head Office Mumbai. In this individual contributor role, under the supervision of the Key Account Head, you will co-build the joint business plan with the account(s). You will contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities. You have minimum 6-8 years of professional experience within beauty / B2B/ FMCG industry and have managed key accounts independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key Account Ownership & Growth
Own strategic key accounts along with Regional Key Account Teams, driving sustainable growth through strong partnerships, premium brand execution, and aligned commercial priorities.
- Joint Business Planning
Lead annual and quarterly joint business planning with clients, translating shared objectives into clear growth, activation, and execution roadmaps.
- Execution & Operational Excellence
Ensure disciplined execution across launches, promotions, and education initiatives by guiding and enabling Regional Key Account Managers with clear standards, processes, and review mechanisms.
- Stakeholder Alignment
Act as the Head Office point of contact for key clients while coordinating internal teams (sales, marketing, education, supply chain) to deliver consistently and on time.
- People, Capability & Performance Governance
Partner with the regional KAM team for execution capability through best practice sharing, and performance reviews, while tracking KPIs, risks, and outcomes with leadership.
