A Day in the Life 

As a Key Account Management for our Consumer Products Division, you will be a key driver for our business growth. Reporting to a National Account Manager, you will craft the strategic vision for your assigned clients, building joint-business plans to develop L'Oréal's portfolio and ensure its success from sell-in to sell-out. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Lead Negotiations:Prepare and guide local negotiations alongside your reference NAM, ensuring their flawless implementation and follow-up in-store. 
  • Drive Performance:Build accurate sell-in and sell-out forecasts to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets. 
  • Develop Strategy:Define and implement customer-centric Go-to-Market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance). 
  • Analyze & Optimize:Monitor partner sales results to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, integrating financial analysis to build a sustainable business.

To be the ideal candidate, you should have: 

  • Significant experience in a commercial, trade marketing, or business development role. 
  • Willingness and availability for geographical mobility throughout Italy. 
  • Account Management:The ability to promote sales by managing key accounts. 
  • Revenue Growth Management:Skills to maximize revenue growth. 
  • Business Acumen:A solid understanding of business principles. 
  • Analytical Thinking:The capacity to analyze data and derive actionable insights. 
  • Negotiation Skills:Proven ability to lead and succeed in negotiations
