A Day in the Life

As our Advocacy Lead for Saudi Arabia, you will be the driving force behind our advocacy strategy within the Chief Digital and Marketing Office (CDMO). This pivotal role requires a profound understanding of the Saudi cultural landscape to build authentic connections and drive social engagement. You will be a key representative of L'Oréal, shaping our voice and presence in the market.

  • Develop & Lead Strategy: You will design and execute a culturally attuned advocacy and influencer strategy for the Saudi market, leading strategic initiatives like "Onefluence" to scale our impact and nurturing our influencer community through the L’Orealistar platform.
  • Execute Impactful Events: You will manage the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, from concept to on-ground management, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all attendees.
  • Drive Performance & Optimization: You will monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all advocacy initiatives, tracking key metrics like influencer engagement, retention, and ROI to optimize budget allocation and maximize impact.
  • Build & Nurture Networks: You will act as the primary liaison with local influencers, media, and agency partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships that amplify our brand stories and presence.


We Are Looking For

We are seeking a strategic and culturally savvy individual with a proven track record of creating impactful advocacy campaigns in Saudi Arabia. You have your finger on the pulse of local trends and excel at building authentic relationships. Your entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset will be key to your success.

  • Proven experience in a similar advocacy or influencer management role, with deep knowledge of the Saudi market.
  • Expertise in the Saudi social media landscape, content trends, and platform best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end event planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Arabic being highly advantageous.
