A Day in the Life
As a Key Account Manager (Sell-in) for our Consumer Products Division, you will be the strategic partner for key clients such as department stores, DAX, etc. Your mission is to accelerate our brands' growth by developing joint business plans that drive profitability and market presence.
- Business Development: You will design and execute the annual commercial strategy, negotiating agreements and growth plans to maximize sales and market share.
- Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers and cross-functional teams within your accounts, becoming a trusted advisor.
- In-Store Execution: You will ensure flawless execution at the point of sale, overseeing the correct implementation of assortment, planograms, and promotional campaigns.
- Analysis & Strategy: You will analyze sales data, market trends, and account performance to identify new business opportunities and optimize your strategy.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for an individual with a strategic vision and a strong focus on results, who can build solid relationships and navigate a dynamic environment. Someone with great potential for growth who aligns with L'Oréal's values.
- A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management or commercial roles, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Account Management: Ability to build joint business plans and strategic relationships.
- Revenue Growth Management: Skill in identifying opportunities to maximize profitability and volume.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the retail landscape and consumer behavior.
- Planning & Analytics: Competency in analyzing sales data and turning it into actionable strategies.
- Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English.
