A Day in the Life
As a Livestream Manager for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty, you will be the driving force behind our brand's presence on livestreaming platforms. You'll join a dynamic team dedicated to pioneering health and beauty solutions. Your mission is to create engaging live content that connects with consumers and achieves our business goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute the livestreaming activation strategy for our brands, aligning with key campaigns and product focuses.
- Talent & Operations Management: Identify, recruit, and train hosts and beauty advisors, overseeing the technical and visual setup of all livestreaming sessions.
- Performance & Data Analysis: Monitor livestream performance in real-time, analyzing data to optimize strategies, and provide regular reports on key metrics (GMV, conversion rates, viewer engagement).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, CDMO, Supply Chain, and agency teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of all livestreaming activities.
We Are Looking For
An ideal candidate for this role is a strategic and data-driven individual with a strong understanding of the social commerce landscape. You are a natural collaborator who can manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. We are looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in managing livestreaming activations and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluency in English and a creative mindset to innovate in a fast-paced environment.
