Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
To define the local brand strategy in the local market in line with the international brand positioning;
contribute to growth by driving new product launches and pillar products
Implement new product launches and to maintain growth of pillar products
Manage product portfolio to contribute to the brand business and development
Contribute to local adaptation of advertisement and analyze media recommendation
Implement promotion s and ensure the execution of trade marketing plan and digital marketing plan
Develop in-depth understanding of consumer insights
Monitor local trends and feedback findings to regional or and global teams
Manage the budget and the financial implications of forecasts
Interact effectively with other departments and teams to support marketing strategies and objectives
Must Have Aspects 必須項目
- Marketing experience at least more than 3 years
- If not, then someone who has a very strong sense or interest of product marketing
- Product knowledge and brand business know-how
- Knowledge of local retail dynamics and environment
- Research and market data analysis
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualification 希望項目
- Experience in professional beauty industry, especially in haircare category
- FMCG or cosmetic industry background
- Sales forecasts
- Advertising and media planning knowledge
