Key Job Accountabilities:
1. 担当企業の売上・利益目標の進捗管理と目標達成
- Deliver the budget & profitability target
- Implement proper business planning: sell-in/out forecast with building blocks, right assortment, result tracking, and On-Shelf Availability monitoring
- Manage profitability: control media & trade promotions, ROI tracking
2.担当企業の販売戦略立案・実行と改善提案
- Right understanding of clients' Strategies & priorities
- Lead JBP process for sales objective & strategic alignment
- Maximize sales KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, and basket size
- Develop and execute high-impact promotional strategies specifically for Qoo10 Megawari to maximize sales growth and ROI.
- Optimize marketing calendar and e-Com strategy in collaboration with marketing team.
- Manage the quality of site fundamentals: A+ content, review & ratings, pricing
3.担当企業とのパートナーシップの確立
- Establish strong network with clients' key players
- Build and sustain top-to-top relationship
4.社内関連部署との連携
- Build strong collaboration with internal stakeholders: CPD mancom, Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Controllers
- Follow the right process: key meetings, approval flow, information sharing
Must Have Qualification:
- 3+ years experienced in e-Retailers or offline Key Account Management, preferably with Cosmetics or FMCG business.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing big skincare brands on the Qoo10 platform is mandatory.
- Proven track record and strong capability in designing and negotiating high-performance promotional deals/schemes for Qoo10 Megawari is essential.
- Deep understanding of Korean skincare (K-Beauty) trends and consumer behavior in the Japan market.
- Proactively seek for growth opportunities with agility and growth mindset.
- Strong communication & presentation skill
- Strong project management skills to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent user of MS office especially Excel and Power Point
- Intermediate English proficiency
