The Role:
As Strategic architect of data intelligence for Amazon DACH (m/f/d) you own the Amazon TECH framework, transforming complex datasets into high-level strategic recommendations that shape L'Oréal’s e-commerce roadmap.
Your Tasks:
- Strategic Insights: Translate data into macro-growth opportunities and executive-level recommendations.
- Consumer Intelligence: Lead advanced analytics (CLV, segmentation) to drive product and marketing strategies.
- Performance & KPIs: Define overarching success metrics and provide high-level strategic oversight of DACH performance.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to strengthen market positioning.
- Innovation: Scout AI/ML and BI trends to future-proof L'Oréal’s analytical capabilities.
- Develop E-RGM Agenda & build Framework to establish a divisional setup.
Your Profile:
- Expert in Amazon data ecosystems.
- Strategic thinker able to translate complex data into business value.
- Experience in defining KPIs and analytical roadmaps.
