A Day in the Life You will lead Corporate Media in Cairo, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer Egypt, and drive CDMO media buying strategy across the Group’s corporate agenda. You’ll partner closely with Brand Marketing, external media agencies, Data & Analytics and all functions to amplify L’Oréal’s reputation and performance. • Strategy & Planning: Define and own end-to-end media buying strategy aligned with CDMO priorities and brand needs.
• Execution & Activation: Oversee media buying operations (programmatic, TV, OOH, social), ensure flawless campaign delivery and creative media integrations.
• Performance & Finance: Manage media budget/P&L, set KPIs, lead ROI, attribution and performance optimization.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead agency selection and performance, mentor the team, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
