Overseeing team performance for two direct reports and spearheading strategic initiatives for the Woolworths Grocery account.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Create and drive internally and externally the aspirational long term growth plan / joint business plan for one of our key grocery accounts both online and offline
- Build strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders at the customer
- Build, accurate forecasts and achieve Deliver the account/s results: turnover, market share, profit etc.
- Have a deep understanding of the growth levers relevant to customer with specific focus on the shopper so selling is through shopper insights to drive results
- Drive with impact as a customer leader, by collaborating with the multifunctional team and animating peer functions: marketing, supply chain, finance, category development
- Lead with an achievement-oriented mind-set to help coach and mentor the team
- Proactively drive growth and have an entrepreneurial spirit
ABOUT YOU
- You have previous experience with retail strategies and objectives, ideally in the FMCG or retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and meet challenging deadlines
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally to achieve goals.
- Excellent stakeholder management- we want someone with energy and passion that can bring others along the journey.
- You will have excellent analytical and commercial acumen
