What You Will Learn:
The GS&OP Deployment Planner manages inventory deployment to 16 international customers (affiliates). This includes but is not limited to adherence to service level expectations, execution of order management and timely resolution of shipments matters and claims.
- Manage order processing to ensure timely shipment of finished goods and accessories to 16 LDB international affiliates.
- Manage active communication with affiliates partners for information sharing and resolve order/shipment matters.
- Monitor all international shipments to ensure confirmations are fulfilled in full each month.
- Monthly review with top affiliates of KPI’s, as well as ways of working for relationship building.
- Liaison with the DC and G&SOP on exception management, such as but not limited to triangular flows
- Manage exception requests, such as but not limited to custom-related inquiries
- Maintain trackers and weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to stakeholders such as the DC, supply planners, and affiliates.
- Evaluate and process claims.
- Track and ensure L4TF airfreight goals are achieved by affiliate
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and projects.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates must have received a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months OR must have graduated with a Master’s degree within the last 12 months
- Possess a 3.0 GPA or higher
- Have excellent organizational skills, keen eye for attention to detail and proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills along with the ability to form strong cross-functional relationships with all levels of the organization
- Have demonstrated use of analytical skills – both using tools (ex. Excel, Business Objects, etc.) and problem solving/critical thinking skills
- Have the ability to synthesize information and create a clear synopsis of key issues
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently
- Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment with composure, as well as independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship experience preferred
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, PowerBI a plus!
