A Day in the Life 

Our Global HR Tech Team manages a set of digital services for employees, managers, and HR teams all around the world.

In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing our employee experience by leading the deployment of our ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. You will steer this key transformation project from start to finish, ensuring it meets the strategic needs of our HR and Tech organizations. 


What you’ll do

Strategic Steering & Roadmap

  • Ensure continuous successful Service Delivery and consistency for our Global Applications: One Profile and One Payroll, as well as steering the roadmap forotherHRand Corporateapplications.
  • Govern the backlog of incoming demands, work with Business Owners on their prioritization, and ensure the proposed solutions are delivered ona timelybasis in line with the Core Model.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in HR technology and contribute to the development of HR Tech strategy and governance.

Global Governance & Community Leadership

  • Lead the Global HR Tech Service Delivery Community, creating the process framework and fostering collaboration between all Zone HR Tech teams.
  • Lead the Group-wide Service Delivery Governance and provide strategic reporting on global incident trends to senior IT leaders.
  • Define, govern, and manage the support services within the defined standards (KPIs and SLAs). Ensure that best practices are standardized and followed globally.

Operational Excellence & Crisis Management

  • Lead the Project: You will develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, managing scope, resources, budget, and timelines to successfully deploy the ServiceNow HRSD solution. 
  • Drive Service Excellence: You willmonitorservice delivery, manage major incidents, and analyze performance metrics (SLAs/KPIs) to ensure a high-quality service for all users and continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborate and Influence: You will build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including HR and IT leaders, and manage relationships with third-party vendors to drive performance and innovation. 
  • Innovate and Integrate: You will oversee technical integrations, such as supporting integration between Service Now and HRISsystem(SuccessFactors), and champion change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

  • Proven Project Management skills with experience leading large-scale HRIS or IT projects.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Strong Service Deliveryexpertise, with a solid understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in Change Management, with the ability to guide teams through process governance andnew technologyadoption.
  • In-depth HRIS Knowledge and technical understanding of platforms like ServiceNow, along with experience with APIs and data analytics tools (Power BI).
