A Day in the Life

As the Grouper Account Manager, you will lead the team responsible for our strategic partnership with Walmart, one of our most important clients. Your mission is to drive the overall strategy, leading your team to maximize growth and profitability for our Consumer Products Division brands.

  • Team Leadership & Development: You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of four, empowering them to achieve their objectives and fostering their professional growth.
  • Strategic Business Planning: You will oversee the creation and execution of the annual joint business plan (JBP), guiding your team to develop winning omnichannel strategies for Walmart.
  • High-Stakes Negotiation: You will lead the negotiation strategy for key commercial terms, assortment, and promotional activities, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will act as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless collaboration between your team and internal departments like Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to guarantee flawless execution.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced commercial leader with a strategic vision and a proven ability to manage high-stakes accounts and develop talent. Someone who can inspire a team and drive outstanding results in a dynamic retail environment.

  • Proven experience in leading and developing a high-performing sales or account management team.
  • Extensive background in Key Account Management, preferably in the consumer goods industry with exposure to major retailers.
  • Mastery of negotiation and strategic business planning at a senior level.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills to inspire your team and navigate a complex organization.
  • Strong financial acumen with a focus on Revenue Growth Management and P&L ownership.
