Job Responsibilities:

• Performing facial consultation and facials treatments to customers.
• Provide guidelines to customer on how to take care of their skin.
• Demonstrate product usage.
• Evaluate customer’s skin needs and provide suitable treatment/package.
• Cross-sell beauty products and additional treatments, when appropriate.
• Ensure all areas are clean and equipment is sterilized before use.
• Manage customer’s facial appointment booking and facial schedule.
• Keep track of levels of stock used in the treatment room.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a beautician/beauty therapist in similar skincare industry.
• Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• Sales driven and proactive.
• Knowledgeable in skincare trend and beauty treatments.
• Candidates who can converse in English and Mandarin is a plus.
