Summary:

The Employee Engagement & Event role will focus on creating a positive employee experience, driving a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensuring that employees feel valued, connected, and aligned with the organization's mission and values. The manager will be a champion for employee voice, working to understand employee needs and concerns, and translating those insights into actionable initiatives that improve the overall employee experience. Must have extensive expertise in an event agency and managing, 3rd party providers in France and Europe


Essential Role:     

  • Building the strategy: 
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive employee engagement strategy targeting employees & aligned with business objectives and culture.
    • Identify key drivers of employee engagement through data analysis, surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms.
    • Establish measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
    • Regularly evaluate and refine the engagement strategy based on data, feedback, and best practices.
    • Manage the employee engagement budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Content creation: 
    • Produce engaging and informative content across various formats (e.g., videos, infographics, articles, presentations) for internal audiences, and broader internal communication initiatives.
    • Support the communication team in creating content with the Leadership Management: Speeches, photo shoot, Filming Sessions, Corporate communication assets.
  • Community Animation:
    • Cultivate a strong sense of community through various channels and activities, including digital platforms
      • Intranet
      • Newsletters
      • Targeted Emails
    • Develop and implement Celebration Events such as Summer, Reconnexion & Christmas parties to engage and generate sense of belonging

 

Essential Responsibilities per target:

  • Leadership Management: 
    • Animation of the Leadership management throughout quarterly events to accelerate the cascading of business strategy to their teams 
    • Animation of the Leadership management throughout a dedicated communication channel
  • Third party management
    • Oversee and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of services.
    • Develop a strong and efficient relationship with the advertising agency of the brand

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Deep understanding of internal communications best practices.
  • Strong content creation and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience with community management and platform administration.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and events effectively, including budget management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
