Educational Content Specialist & Online Educator HUB
 
L'Oreal is seeking a experienced and innovative Dermocosmetics Content Specialist&Online Educator to shape the future success of education for our dermo cosmetics brands:  La Roche-Posay, Vichy and CeraVe . This is a really exciting role with an opportunity to influence and inspire people as well as working with amazing experts in the field of dermatology and skin science to push the boundaries and support on an impactful offline and online education strategy for pharmacies across the Poland and Baltic countries.
 

Your Responsibilities:

• Being accountable for creating L’Oreal LDB education content, creating engaging training materials along with educating new and existing clients on skin issues, brand knowledge, science, products, and sales techniques. 
• Create professional medical content on our digital education platform (through activation of  global content and development of  local ones when relevant).
• Take insights from the international education team, local sales & marketing teams and turns them into exciting and engaging content & materials
• Write and adapt training materials ranging from brand trainings for live face to face seminars & virtual training sessions to express training documents and workbooks.
• Support the local Education strategy in line with brands activation strategy and global education strategy.
• Support the digital transformation of  education & trainings  internally and among key customers.
• Engaging the pharmacists by using different channels and multi touchpoints (eg FB, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, TikTok).

Requirements:

• An excellent writer and storyteller ready to create a concise, attention-grabbing, and professional copy, both in English and Polish
• Experienced in creating different types of content – educational platform, social media posts, internal e-mails, podcasts, video scripts, landing pages, internal meetings’ scenarios, etc 
• Experience in digital: social media, webinars, videos
• Educational background or knowledge in healthcare and/or cosmetic science 
• High editorial and copywriting skills
• Passion for digital news
• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Strong engagement & full commitment
• MS Office proficiency.
