Education Director - Lead the Future of Hairdressing

About the Role:

As the Education Director, you'll be the driving force behind our multi-brand education strategy, revolutionizing how we empower and inspire stylists in the digital age. You'll lead a team of multibrand experts, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking environment within the different stakeholders of the professional products division. Your vision and leadership will directly impact the growth and development of our stylist community.

What You Will Conquer:

• Multibrand omnichannel education strategy
  • Define and implement a cutting-edge education roadmap, prioritizing the evolving needs of our stylists in a flexible online and offline learning landscape.
  • Champion the digital transformation/upskilling/upgrading of our education function, inspiring internal and external stakeholders to embrace innovative tools and approaches (including LSA implementation and upskilling programs).
  • Develop, implement, and report impactful strategies to maximize stylist engagement, amplify our educational reach, and drive business growth.
• Multi-Brand Expertise
  • Spearhead the creation and execution of multi-brand education content while ensuring brand consistency and alignment.
  • Manage and optimize the strategic allocation of academy and people resources, fostering a collaborative multi-brand approach.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the Professional Products Division (PPD) on critical issues impacting the hairdressing profession.
• Maximising digital education approach 
  • Drive the strategic growth and reach of our digital access platform, transforming it into a powerful source of educational content for our stylists.
  • Develop and execute a compelling editorial content strategy to deliver best-in-class digital learning experiences through the platform combining it with the social media in a holistic online + offline learning path.
  • Implement data tracking and analysis strategies from all of our platforms and tools to personalize stylist solutions and generate valuable business insights that fuel sales growth with ROI approach.
• Leadership and Management:
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of Education Managers across all brands, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Lead the group of multi brand experts for business education, education excellence and retail training.
  • Report directly to the General Manager of the division, playing a key role within the division's leadership team.

Your set of Skills:

• You are a customer-centric leader with an understanding of the hairdressing industry. 
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a combination of education, sales, and marketing roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and derive actionable insights.
• Fluent in business English.
• Experience in the hairdressing industry is a plus.
• Hungarian or Slovak language skills are optional but highly desirable.
