  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute the joint business plan for Momo, managing the platform's P&L and achieving ambitious sales and market share targets for our luxury brands.
  • Lead Strategic Partnerships: Act as the main point of contact for Momo, building strong relationships and leading negotiations to secure optimal visibility, promotions, and support for our brands.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of three, fostering their growth and ensuring operational excellence in managing the platform's daily activities.
  • Optimize Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to brand teams and senior management to continuously enhance performance.

 

We Are Looking For You're a great match for this role if you are a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape. We're looking for a leader who can inspire a team and build powerful partnerships.

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • You have proven record of leading sizable teams. 
  • You have great Business Visions, with ability to drive both sales performance and long-term strategic planning capabilities. 
  • You are highly experienced in e-commerce and key account management, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • You possess strong negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in both Mandarin and English.
  • You have a deep familiarity with the pure players platform or similar major e-commerce marketplaces.
  • You are an analytical and data-driven decision-maker.
