A Day in the Life As the LUXE E-Key Account Assistant Manager based in Taipei, you will be instrumental in driving our digital sales strategy for our prestigious L'Oréal Luxe brands. You will manage and grow our most critical e-commerce partnerships, with a special focus on platforms like Shopee and LINE.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing tailored e-commerce strategies to maximize sales, market share, and brand presence on key online platforms.
- Managing the end-to-end operations of the Shopee and LINE ecosystems, including LINE Gift and LINE Shopping.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders, including marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
We Are Looking For We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented individual with a strong command of the e-commerce landscape. You are a skilled collaborator who can navigate complex ecosystems and build strong partnerships to drive business success.
You're a great match if you have:
- Highly experienced in e-commerce, preferably with a background from a major brand, Shopee, or LINE Corp.
- Proven expertise in managing the Shopee and LINE platforms.
- A strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
