WHAT YOU’LL DO
Build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.
- Lead and negotiate E JBP's with Ecommerce partners
- Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner
- Analyze and optimize investments to reach better ROI
- Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sale)
- Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
- Prepare and present products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners
- Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance
- Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities
- Coordinate promo plans between e-retailers and marketplace; offer bundle recommendations to reach target
- Works closely with marketing to define the consumer experience and e-merchandising
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Independent management of your brand-customer mix in portfolio, with full responsibility for the P&L
- Supporting marketing team in budget creation and marketing plans, as well as in delivering the short-term sales forecast based on thorough file knowledge and good customer contacts
- Close follow up stock and launch activations
- Close follow up competition & own brand rankings
- Reconciliation process for e-retailers and marketplace

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- 4 years’ university degree
- Advanced level of MS Office Applications
- Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills
- Good communication and presentation ability
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Driving license (B)- Active, able to travel
- Min 6 years of account management experience in marketplace, pure player etc.,
- Previous team management experience is required
