Then joining L'Oreal might be the opportunity that you've been looking for! Now we are looking for an ambitious & driven E-Key Account Manager to drive our business.

You will...
  • Build, manage and develop long-term e-commerce relationships. Achieve targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence. 
  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with e-commerce partners.
  • Develop plan, KPI and goals to achieve for each e-commerce partner.
  • Define and implement Go-to-Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales, finance).
  • Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
  • Prepare and present products proposals to future and current e-commerce partners.
  • Own brand activations. 
  • Drive sales performance through improving brand visibility, e-shop merchandising, Promotion Strategy, Content, Livestream, and other available in-platform tools. 
  • Lead Total Online Livestream Activation Manage in-platform promotion budget, Ensure compliance to P&L Guideline. Monitor Daily Online Sales Activity, Provide Insight on full e-Com Metrics: GMV, PV, Items, ASP, Basket Size. 
  • Analyze Product Mix, Continuously Monitor Bundles & Trials Packs Performance Analyze In-Platform Media. 
  • Stay up to date with Latest in-platform feature. 
  • Execute multiple test & learn scenarios. 
  • Drive Collaboration & Operational Excellence. 
  • Ensure Compliance across ATP, Promotion and Visual Execution within platform.

You have…

  • Having minimum 3 years working experience as E-KAM, preferably in FMCG and ecommerce platform
  • Currently handling or has previously managed Shopee and TikTok Shop accounts.
  • Proficient in English
  • Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
  • High interest on beauty industry
  • Has ability to seek new trends in e-commerce
