Key Responsibilities

•Project Strategy & Execution (The "0 to 1" Specialist): Define project roadmaps for new AI applications. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle: from initial ideation and proof-of-concept (PoC) to pilot testing and scaling.

•AI Opportunity Identification: Stay at the forefront of AI trends (Generative AI, Computer Vision, Personalization Algorithms) and translate them into actionable business cases for the beauty industry (e.g., virtual try-ons, personalized skincare diagnostics, or supply chain optimization).

•Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the lead orchestrator between technical teams (Data Scientists, Engineers), marketing experts, and business stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility meets consumer needs.

•Short-Term High Impact: Focus on immediate AI applications that can be integrated into our current digital ecosystem to enhance consumer engagement or operational efficiency.

•Change Management: Champion a "test and learn" culture, encouraging the organization to adopt AI-first thinking.

Candidate Profile

•The AI Enthusiast: You possess a strong functional or technical understanding of AI technologies and how they can be applied to solve complex business problems.

•The Entrepreneurial Leader: You have a proven track record of starting projects from scratch. You are comfortable with ambiguity and have the "grit" to navigate a large organization to bring a new idea to life.

•Strategic Visionary: You can see the big picture but are also willing to roll up your sleeves to get the project moving.

•Beauty Tech Passion: You are genuinely interested in how technology can reinvent beauty rituals and consumer journeys.

•Communication Excellence: Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

•5~10 years working experience, prefer with AI project experience in FMCG/Tech
