Digital Brand Manager – L’Oreal Paris (Melbourne, Australia)

A Day in the Life
You will own L’Oreal Paris’s digital brand presence in the Consumer Products Division, reporting to the Brand Business Lead and working cross-functionally with marketing, media, e‑comm, creative and analytics teams. This role offers real responsibility to shape brand storytelling and drive measurable growth through online channels, on a 10 month maximum term contract.
- Strategy & Positioning: Define and activate brand digital strategy for Makeup and Hair
- Campaigns & Content: Lead integrated digital campaign planning, creative briefs, content calendars and execution.
- Consumer Insight & Analytics: Turn consumer and performance data into actionable recommendations to optimize reach, engagement and ROI.
- Lead in E-comm: Partner with E-tailers to deliver our brand presence on site and drive sell out online.
We Are Looking For
You are a curious, entrepreneurial marketer who runs initiatives end-to-end and experiments to find what works. Degree not required; you succeed by impact and collaboration. Key skills:
