A Day in the Life

Are you ready to be on the front line of our business? Our High Flyer Internship is a 6-month program in Jakarta where you’ll join our dynamic Commercial team. You will be the pilot of your own projects, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth. You'll get a 360-degree view of our business, from offline channels to the booming world of e-commerce.

• Drive In-Store Excellence: You will analyze sales data, support our retail partners, and help develop strategies to win at the point of sale.
• Conquer the Digital Shelf: You will work with our e-commerce teams to optimize online promotions, analyze performance, and contribute to our online growth strategy.
• Build Strong Partnerships: You will assist in managing relationships with our key accounts, learning how to build joint business plans and negotiate for mutual success.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: You will monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and help turn them into actionable plans.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a results-driven achiever with a strong eye for business and a desire to win. You're a perfect match if you are a determined student ready to take on real responsibilities from day one:

• A final-year university student from any field of study.
• Account Management: An interest in building strong, collaborative relationships with business partners to drive sales.
• Field Sales: A desire to understand the market, connect with customers, and execute strategies on the ground.
• E-Commerce Analytics & Performance: A knack for analyzing online sales data to optimize performance and drive growth.
• Revenue Growth Management: The ability to think strategically about pricing, promotions, and assortment to maximize revenue.
• Negotiation & Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external partners to achieve business goals.
