A DAY IN THE LIFE
As Chief of Growth Officer, you will lead the growth of the current business while developing new channels and categories. Your mission goes beyond accelerating sales: you will professionalize commercial management, evolve the organization toward a modern, data-driven model and embed a culture of planning, accountability, profitability and sustainable growth.
You will play a critical role in transforming the commercial function, elevating leadership capabilities and building a structured, strategic and high-performing growth engine.
You will also lead on the:
- Design and implement a formal commercial planning process.
- Establish robust forecasting processes and accuracy tracking (forecast versus actuals).
- Introduce advanced commercial KPIs, including profitability, mix, growth by channel and customer performance.
- Shift the organization toward data-driven decision-making and accountability.
- Bring structure and discipline to an environment currently driven by informal and manual processes.
- Define clear processes, standards and ways of working across the commercial team.
- Raise the overall level of commercial management, execution rigor and performance culture.
- Define and lead the long-term strategy for key channels, including department stores, e-commerce, marketplaces and distributors.
- Clarify the role of each channel within the portfolio and build a coherent distribution architecture.
- Ensure channel strategies are aligned with profitability, brand ambition and sustainable growth.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with strategic key accounts..
- Lead negotiations and strategic discussions with top-tier customers.
- Evolve the leadership style of the commercial organization toward a more relational, influential and trust-based model.

- Strong expertise in commercial planning, forecasting, portfolio management and channel strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to professionalize teams, install structure and elevate management standards.
- Solid experience managing high-impact key accounts and complex customer portfolios.
- Excellent leadership, influence and relationship-building skills.
