A Day in the Life
As our CRM Platform & Analytics Expert, you will join our CRM Center of Expertise, shaping how we nurture relationships with our customers. Reporting to the Head of the CRM CoE, you'll be the strategic force behind our brand's customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty efforts. This role is a unique opportunity to blend strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring our CRM activities are optimized, standardized, and performing at their best across our digital channels.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Develop CRM Strategy: Define the end-to-end roadmap for consumer acquisition, retention, and data enrichment to enable powerful personalization.
- Lead Campaign Activation: Oversee the design and execution of trigger journeys, email campaigns, and SMS activations, managing agency partners to ensure flawless delivery.
- Drive Personalization: Take charge of consumer segmentation and data activation strategies to create relevant and engaging customer experiences.
- Ensure Governance & Excellence: Champion best practices, maintain the CRM calendar, and implement A/B testing plans to continuously optimize performance and share insights across teams.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a candidate who can blend strategic thinking with technical expertise to drive customer engagement. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a strong understanding of the digital landscape. You are a perfect fit if you possess:
- CRM Strategy & Management: Proven ability to define and execute comprehensive CRM strategies covering the full customer lifecycle.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights for segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis.
- Marketing Automation & Technology: In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to build and manage automated journeys.
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Experience in creating campaign briefs, managing A/B tests, and ensuring quality assurance for all CRM activations.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to collaborate with brand teams, agencies, and developers, acting as a key consultant on CRM best practices.
