We are recruiting for a Consumer Insights Analyst to join our dynamic CMI team within our corporate function. Reporting into the Head of Consumer and Shopper Insights, this unique role will enhance your strategic thinking and ability to transform raw data and observations into compelling narratives that inspire action and drive business impact.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Lead the charge in understanding consumer behaviour, motivations, and needs, becoming a trusted advisor to brand and marketing teams.
  • Combine your expertise in consumer insights with a deep understanding of shopper behaviour to generate a 360-degree view of the consumer journey.
  • Develop and manage impactful qualitative and quantitative research studies end-to-end, leveraging a variety of methodologies including panels, focus groups, surveys, advanced analytics, and emerging AI tools.
  • Analyse complex datasets, market trends, and research findings to extract compelling insights that drive strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for technological innovation.
  • Translate your findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations, using compelling presentations and visualizations to inspire action and champion data-driven strategies.
  • Design and oversee robust research plans end-to-end, analysing data from multiple sources, including digital and social intelligence, to draw meaningful conclusions.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 3+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or a related role.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including experience with consumer insights, shopper insights or from a related market research field. Experience in FMCG with brand health tracking, scan sales and shopper panels is extremely desirable, coupled with a keen eye for how new technologies and AI capabilities can enhance these research approaches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for understanding consumers and leveraging data to drive business success, including a proactive approach to AI adoption and exploring new technologies for advanced analytics and insight generation.
